Delivery Policy

Please note that if you are requesting an update on your product order, please allow 1-2 business working days for the processing of your order before contacting us. Delivery times are normally 3 business days in the UK and next day is available by selecting this option on the checkout page. For delivery times outside of the UK is normally 7-14 business days to allow enough time to clear customs.

We do not accept responsibilty for how long your order may take to be processed by customers or if the item(s) are held in customs. We provide the correct paperwork for clearance so as long as your country of residence allows the item(s) to be legally imported they should not get held up for too long. If they do get held up we will assist with any clearance issues that are within our control.  We are not responsibile for custom duties that you may incur from importation of goods.

If it is necessary to split goods into more than one shipment we do not charge extra postage to send the 2nd shipment.

Tracking a delivery – We will send you the tracking details if we use domestic shipping and for courier packages such as DHL the customer receives a direct email with all relevant information.

If your shipment is taking too long please contact us so we can investigate why. Investigations with overseas couriers can take time – In some cases it may take up to 28 days from your shipment date before we can determine the wherabouts of your order but rest assured we will do all we can to assist and resolve any matters.
